"I want to thank everyone who supported me and encouraged me to write this cookbook. A special thanks go to my husband Jan, as we have been blessed throughout our marriage of 27 years. We have been privileged to travel extensively as a family with our daughter and son while they grew up. This gave me and enormous appreciation , respect and understanding for every person's race, culture, custom and tradition. The beauty of every country we visited gifted me with immense respect for international culinary arts. I am not a chef, but I have and extraordinary passion for cooking. I am dedicating this cookbook to our daughter Melissa, diagnosed with Celiac disease at 14, and anyone living with Celiac disease...
